Delicious. Always like to go there. Due to Corona it is a shame that you cannot enjoy it there

One of my all-time favorite ice cream parlors ... and my daughter's ... best tartuffo in town !! And everything else is great too! Definitely visit ... the decor is a little ins fashioned, but ok. The ice counts! ☺🍦🍨

Original review from June 2020 - Ice cream has lost a lot of its quality (08/21/2020: Quality has improved, at the time of the review it was probably a "slip") - Cup suddenly made of PLASTIC instead of cardboard - Cups are raised on the inside so that 20% are filled with plastic instead of ice ... I don't understand how such a thing is possible: We sat down at the table. First the waitress goes to a table next to us where two ladies who came after us were served with cards etc. Not bad at first. Then the waitress sees us and says she'll be right there. Then she goes away with the cards in hand and sorts them nicely in her card holder and makes it all nice and so. Then she poses with another waiter to see if everyone is happy and we look at both for minutes. After half an eternity she brings two drinks to the table in front and yells from the front to us in the back through the whole store: "Do you want tickets?" we answer "yes". Oke we get tickets and choose something nice. We close the cards and wait. And wait. And wait. Meanwhile they walk around a little and look. We wave. No reaction. It wasn't full either, but we are just skilfully ignored. After 15 minutes we left and will definitely never go anywhere near this shop again. Now you dear "ice cream parlor Leonardo" are missing potential 20 € that we would have paid. Have a good time.

Great ice cream creations. Only fresh fruits are used, different types of melons, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries etc. The cups are beautifully decorated and are in no way inferior to the pictures on the card. Great ice cream flavor completes the whole.

Leonardo doesn't taste very good, the waiters are not nice at all and it is very expensive. And when you ask for a chocolate dip they charge you 1,50 € and you won't even get any. You will get a drop of it and that will be it.

Love this place. Nice coffee, great food and lovely staff.

Good but a bit expensive

Pleasant sitting in the city center, outdoors and inside the confectionery .... great selection of ice cream, coffees, delicacies ..... pleasant service and nice surroundings of Bergisch Gladbach.

Very good ice cream and coffee...the deco is a bit outdated, but I love it nonetheless.

Handmade ice cream in the laboratory on the upper floor of the ice cream parlor. My compliments to Lucky for creating delicious homemade ice cream, with hours and hours of work behind it. Beautiful cups, with state of the art decorations (completed by the talented Tiago), talented waiters who are always available (Susana, Elfons, Angelo, Luiza and Sofia.) Best ice cream shop in Bergisch Gladbach. This is also confirmed by Mrs. Angela Merkel who came to enjoy a nice ice cream with berries. I worked in this ice cream shop for 8 months: I can say that all the decorations are made with fresh fruit, and the ice cream is made every day. Room cleaning IMPECCABLE! Well-filled sandwiches, and above all a very vast menu with a lot of choice!

People. Ice cream, oh my goodness. I wanted to eat the whole content of this Café, but I have only one stomach. It is the devil. I will be back with an army to eat here again.

The place is cold, noisy and without any type of glamour and the ice cream not good at all. I ordered a waffle with vanilla ice cream and fruits and it arrived followed by a lot of fruit flies, so it wasn't fresh at all.
